Frenchy Chevrolet TRailblazer

Red/blue to the front in NYS never ends well, or is that in France with NY plates? :D

It is in Paris. He has other posts and threads, normally takes this vehicle to car shows over there.

The 4 HAW's would look MUCH better sync'd in an X pattern. The flip visor will probably have bad flashback too. If it's a car show car (odd choice of vehicle to show off) I don't think it should have red blue.

I've neve seen a trailblazer in Europe, and I've never seen a combo of red/blue on any vehicle in Europe. It's interesting that he wouldn't stick with all blue for shows, since red isn't very popular over there

yes, it is a vehicle of showcars. Indeed, there is not much trailblazer in France. I also chose the red / blue because in France we use only blue for security, fire and polie cars.

when I publish images and photos on the internet I mask my french plates because there are many isurpations plates here so it's just as a precaution but I never flows With us license plates on open roads.

Not to mention if it were in New York you would get pulled over for merely having those plates, regardless of lights or not.

Oups! Why ?

It's forbiden to have old plates?

In France il you are in a Private Area you can do what ever you want.

I meant if you were here with those plates, they have been discontinued since 2001 and a new style plate was issued when your registration was up, so in sense your vehicle would make for an easy target for the police as your registration would be well expired, lol.

Here are both accepted plates in NYS

Most Western Europe EV use blue all around. Clear has made some inroads on paramedics units.

Red to the front is sparse. Spain's Guarda has red dashlights on fully marked road traffic units, the UK forbids red in front altogether. France is blue all around, although rear red traffic advisors are seen here and then.

Several Eastern Europe countries do use Red/Blue lightbars... Hungary, Poland...

In forida they use blue and red light isn't it?
Look at this video!

Yes. Florida and other states around the US use Red/Blue, but if you are trying for the NYPD look you need Red/White.

:bonk:

It s more easy to me to change my license plate to florida!

And make a florida police car nô?!

Because if i make NYPD i must change all my lights:cry:

It s very difficult!

And expensive

In France we have one black up light to the right side and and red fog light to the left side.

DC metropolitan police uses R/B and they run front & rear licence plates. APD - Atlanta police run R/B but no front plate.

This isn't actually true. I had the old style plates on my truck until it was in a wreck two months ago. NY was going to make the new style plates mandatory, when renewing the registration, but there was too much protest, so they didn't.

Michigan is a red/white state for fire but red/blue for police. But for the plate Michigan is a rear plate only state. But I know a fair amount of people who get the front plate also. My dad got it for his car and it was only 5$ more

Excuses me

District of Columbia. Where USA is controlled from, Many three letter police/govt agencies are located in DC and run red blue.

Thanks!

I found on internet:

Florida

Washinton

new Jersey

Detroit....

and michigan

Use red/blue:thumbsup:

Now i ll surch license plate pair!

Sometimes, you should definitely have difficulty understanding me ..

Especially since I have trouble differentiate city and state ...

Thank you for your advice.

I try to do the best to meet the original signals.

But I know that eventually there is very little Chevrolet trailblazer police ...

I just want to represent america and the American police in show cars in France.

"Passenger plate" means plate for passenger vehicle. anything that is not a commercially used vehicle such as delivery trucks or cars.

In the USA, red is normally on the drivers side & blue on the passenger side.
In my experience, the primary color is on the driver's side, whether it's red or blue. :undecided:

Not sure it is true anymore as so many states do not run any "pure" color...

This is my home made light bar.

I try to adjust the colors to the states but it is not easy.
I bought the Mississippi plates and washington because I know they use red and blue.
Now, at the show-cars in France I use them or NYPD stickers I still retain the red and blue because in France people do not know the uses in the United States.
But I know that here you attach much importance.
06 Dec I will participate in a big show for works for children who are seriously ill and therefore with my friends they will be able to get into our cars and drive with sirens and lights.
It is always nice to see their joy shining in their eyes.

Could you tell me if it is possible to make american license plates but with my french number?

an embossed plate?
