Funeral Escort / Removal Vehicle - Suburban

We outfitted a Cadillac hearse about a month ago.  The director loved it and received a lot of positive feedback, so he brought us his Suburban as well.  This is their lead escort vehicle.  I didn't realize it until we picked it up from the client and I was driving it to the shop....but it's their removal vehicle as well.  He was previously only using an amber dash light.  The original estimate included additional side lighting and an additional light stick in the back window, but the client decided on this setup.  All light heads were lightly tinted to match the hearse.

Front:

HLF

Feniex Cobra 400 (red)

Side:

2 Feniex T6s on each running board (red)

Rear:

Looks good. It needs something higher in the front and rear though.

The client wants as low profile as possible, hence the tinted light heads.  Anything higher on the front than the grill isn't going to be as low profile as they would like.

As for the rear, the only vehicle that will view the rear emergency lights is the hearse.  Any other emergency lights to the rear would be a waste of money.

If I can do so tactfully, I'll hopefully have some video of both the Suburban and hearse in action to post.  I'm anxious to see the package deal.

Understood.

I have been seeing more and more lead cars in the funeral processions with led"s or hide a ways

usually purple or  clear never red in NY

looks good never the less

Before this turns into a debate over light colors, suffice it to say that different states have different laws and I'm sure the installer is a professional and wouldn't do anything allowing an illegal activity to take place.
