Found this on eBay. Got it for $4. Had to take the catalog apart to get these pages scanned. Pretty interesting stuff! Thanks for sharing! Brings back memories.

1989 was a significant year for me. I graduated from the police academy and was working part time as a police officer, and security fulltime. I was constantly looking through these catalogs back then and even bought a few things. It was definitely the place to shop at the time.

Yep, I remember those days, before the slick magazine catalog they had a color catalog on plain paper, before that it was a 4 page black & white catalog on plain paper, in the early days they were big into selling used fleet stuff.
 
I remember the AD bars - that was my first year working and the owner would buy them by the truckload and we would clean them up, put new bulbs cables, and domes, and ship as many as we could. They went fast and there was always a waiting list. I rebuilt a couple hundred one summer.

I bought one. used it for years
 
The Federal FB15 was made in Taiwan if you really concider that to be China.
Many will probably disagree.
At least it is not the communistic mainland China.

I have a catalog from late 90's and things do change a lot over the years !
