GE Powercall Restoration

I have collected Powercalls for years, and I am having a graphics company recreate the brushed aluminum faceplate. Usually they are dented, faded, scratched, yellowed, etc. and after finding a NOS faceplate in the 80's, I was amazed. It made the whole unit look brand new again. Unfortunately, I have harassed every GE dealer I can find, and no NOS parts seem to be left.

The prototype is due soon for my final approval. I have been guaranteed you will not be able to tell the difference from the original. If they meet my approval, they will be for sale.

I am trying to see how many people would be interested. They won't be cheap! Probably in the $50 range. My setup cost alone has been a major expense, and their per-piece cost is rather high, but after replacing my faceplate with the NOS years ago, I sold the siren for 5 times what I paid for it. (wish I had never sold it, dumb kid back in 1985)

Let me know if you might be interested. I will post pics when the prototype arrives.
