Graphics question

Does anyone know if there is a date base of graphics for police cars? I know it sounds weird, but I'm trying to find out of there is another agency out there with the same graphics as my dept or if they were truly designed by one of our guys like he claims.

I remember on Galls or Graphicshoppe's website there were options for Generic packages

Put a picture up of the car and see if any of us have seen one like it...
