Great site! I am a school teacher here in Michigan but before teaching I was a volunteer firefighter in Coloma MI (9 years), and a full-time EMT for Coloma Ambulance (7 years). I think the fire department is called North Berrien Fire Department and the ambulance company is called PRIDE Care. Back when I was on the fire department we were all volunteers but in the last few years the department is moving toward full-time.
A current project I am working on is turning my pontoon boat into a fire boat for this years 4th of July boat parade; I have a large 12 volt siren and recently purchased a Federal Signal 184 (still looking for a clear dome). Now all I need is a water pump & nozzle!
