H1 LED replacements

I see there are a bunch of options for replacing H1 bulbs with LEDs.  Does anybody have recommendations?  How do they look compared to halogen bulbs?

For rotator replacement? I believe the concensus is don't do it. Halogen provides 360* of light output while most led replacements don't therfore not hitting the reflector correctly.

Not only that but the H1 leds are longer than the halogen H1 and most likely will not fit in the light.

I've seen a few with LEDs on all sides and the top.


I guess for the cost of some of them, it wouldn't hurt to try some.

I honestly never thought about that.

Good luck. But you will be disappointed.

And warned. They are lousy in daylight and only a short distance at night.

Do led h1 high performance replacements exist? Yes but they aren't going to be in the bargain side of ebay...
