@CHIEFOPS ok my correction.. I remember a funeral procession but it was a motorcade.
You still didn't answer my question though.. Do you have documentation that the other cars in the motorcade were either 1.) running lights 2.) Hatzolah? If not I am calling BS. I don't see anything supporting your claims..

Hatzolah membership is the cover, the justification for them to install lights and sirens in their POVs.

So after another view of this display of shenanigans, of the two black unmarkeds responding, the first displays white/red to the front, but the second (caddy I believe), had red and blue in the grill. This occurred in NY?
