HELP!!! I need drivers for USB kenwood programming cable.

i have a tk-380 and the kpg49d and a usb programming cable. I just need the drivers for the cable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't need a "driver" for the cable. Is this a genuine factory Kenwood cable that you are using? Also, what version of 49D are you using? (Windows or DOS based version?) I don't think the DOS version will work with USB cables.

yeah i usually use serial but i got this cable with the radio which i bought on the forum. idk if its genuine kenwood but the kpg49d is DOS ....does anyone have windows version?

You can't use USB in DOS
