Hello. I am a Korean living in Korea. Recently, I ordered a Federal Signal SSP3000B from jperrylighting.com and received it a few days ago, but it is not being programmed. Did I miss anything? I've tried both direct cable and crossover cable. I tried to connect my 2 pc but every pc says "Unable to establish connection". I need help!
