Help with Charger 2018 Rear door install

Hi guys !

Currently working on a '18 Charger Enforcer. I need to install 2 Feniex Fusions on the rear doors trims. After dissasemble the door, the only thing I found is the big connector from Dodge. No places to pass my wires from the doors to the inside of the car. Do you have some tricks for me ?
