Help with smart logic flasher

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am trying to get outputs 6 7 8 to turn on when 1-5 are not active but can't figure it out.

According to the manual you can't, but I'll keep reading it. Ok those inputs don't work unless 1 2 3 4 or 5 are activated, 3 and 4 activate outputs 5, 6 and 7, 8.
