We have take home cars with full use inside the county, but you have to use common sense when using it. Its interesting that she got fired... seems kinda out of line for the offense. There is more to this story, and I am sure there will be an appeal.

Her pension is no doubt already vested, and so I suspect she doesn't care about being fired. Hard to tell what she was thinking, but it almost makes me think she did it to thumb her nose at the department. Or maybe, she is just an idiot.

i live in ct and took a trip to the ri beaches last summer. only a couple miles over the border. and during my weekend i saw 4 ct state trooper crown vics at the beach. that one had me scratching my head.

I've seen them in the parking lot of Walt Disney World, (lightbar removed).
