Hey GO RHINO; how do I fix, replace, and prevent this from moving?

I just noticed this today...

I've emailed their customer service department through their website with no response. I don't even know what this piece would be called if I contacted them over the phone.

Has this happened to anyone else? I haven't pushed, crashed, or tried to pull anything from here either.

Very interesting.

I've never seen one fail like that.... but that doesn't really mean anything.

I'm interested to see what other people have to say.

(Is that a screw/washer on the end there that was holding it together? I thought this bit was welded...)

yikes! Never seen that before around here. But then again it is mostly Pro Gard stuff around here.Looks fixable.I always thought of Go Rhino stuff as for commercial POV vehicles.

Good luck!

Hmmm... Now that you mention it, I wonder if I'm picturing the way the upper bar connects on the Setinas....

Although, I will say that Go Rhino stuff is pretty popular in my neck of the woods for public safety vehicles. They have a whole website devoted to it:

I remember that model. You had to assemble the whole pushbumper together. Inside that tube is a special piece that holds a nut. When assembling the push bumper, you had to pound that piece down into the tube. The screw goes into that nut. You can just loosen up the screw, reposition it and tighten it back down. It most likely just came loose and shifted like it did.

does it move? yes. is it supposed to? no. duct tape.

that screw in the center of the bar on the outside should tighten that up. if that fails just get someone to throw a tack weld on the inside
