Hhs2200 not working

Ok guys and gals my Whelen HHS2200 stopped working the other day. I was showing a coworker the new tones I had programmed in and all of a sudden I heard a pop and nothing works when I try to turn on the lights I can hear the relay clicking but nothing comes on and all fuses are good and when I try the siren I hear a click from the speaker but that's it. Any ideas?


Also DOM 11/10 so it's out of warranty

First things first. Did you check all of the fuses? There are some on the control box itself and you should have some on the wires going to it. Second did you check to make sure none of the plugs came loose from the control box? Sorry if it sounds elementary but you'd be surprised at how many people only check one or the other.


Also do any of the functions still work? Aka some of the lights or any of the siren?


If nothing on any of the above bring it inside and plug it into a computer and see if its still recognized. But I'm guessing its one of the above and I'd check all connections and fuses. Most likely a fuse if it went out mid demo and you heard a pop.

I've checked every single fuse nothing blown so I'm at a loss.
