I cast my vote for the SD. You don't see too many of them, and I would enjoy some detailed photos of its guts!

Out of the 3 it needs the most work. I put power to it and the clear bulbs in the red dome worked fine, blue are peeling and didn't work, motors were slow too. Doesn't mean I won't take on the project though! I'll get some pics of the OSP interior and the SD interior tomorrow

Got some pics, just have to upload and post later. The SD is cleaner inside than I thought. Dated 76, not 73 also. Bulbs were painted blue, had 00 dates on each

The osp bar is pretty clean inside too

What's the one in the last photo in the middle of the pile?

Strobe bar called the "Star Bar" IIRC. Kinda neat and unusual.

Here are the other pics

The Edge 9000 and C3 LP6000 look pretty dang good already. Just buff up the lenses a bit and they'll be ready for your collection shelves. The SD, however, looks like a nice project to sink your teeth into. I've never seen blue bulbs like that before, where there's paint on both the front and back. It appeares a long time back, somebody bought some bulbs, hung them up by their contacts, spray painted them with a semi-transluscent blue tint, and called it good:weird:. Hopefully they can be salvaged, otherwise they might have to take a bath in a strong thinner to start all over again with coloring them to a nice finish.

Good luck on your project, Reno  !

That Code 3 SD is probably from the 1980's or early 90's as it has the quick change lamp holders. SD's from the 1970's had lamp carriages that looked very similar to those used by Grote.

The Code 3 2000 Lightbar and then the Force 4 LP 6000 Lightbar one will be harder than the other. But enjoy what you have there and take your time. It only takes one time to screw it up but that is why we are here to help each other here on elightbars.
