These "humpback" systems are mostly used on ambulances. Instead of drilling holes all around, they place this relatively easy on the roof, snug fit, complete systems are delivered to the ambulance builders, quick-fit systems. Many different variations are around.

Yep, new and improved Fast Trax. I'd like to see the light output, one of the things I liked about the GSA KKK standard is I could tell a manufacture I needed to meet that spec and they had to deliver.
