Saw this on jalopyjournal.com, it seems to be from a website called floridamemory.com. Never saw a setup like that, was it factory or a homebrew?

LOL... wonder if some engineers from Dietz, Federal Signal and Sireno saw that photo all those years ago and thought "hmmmmmmmm..... imagine if we combined it all into one beacon....."

I agree that is a old Florida star, maybe Duval County.
