ISO: looking jotto face plate

Looking for a Jotto face plate for a C0de3 narrowstick controller.

The measurements of the controller is 6-1/2 x 1-1/2.

they offered the narrowstick controller in both the older style control head, with the rotary knob, and the newest style that has the slide switch and 3 push buttons, a pic would be helpful
