ISO Motorola XTS3000 Programmed

I have a Motorola XTS 3000 that I am needing programmed and the individuals around here are telling me that they can't program it. Is there anyone out there that help me out with this issue??? Or at least guide me in the direction of getting it programmed. I am located in Southeast Missouri.

**I do have access to the programming cable for this handheld but apparently it is not wanting to write. HELP!

How many freqs are you looking to program into it? I can give it a shot. I've never had an issue programming my or my coworkers'  xts3000s.  Feel free to PM me.

Is the cable OEM MOTOROLA? Have you been informed of oh have witnessed any error codes
