Ah, that truck. I spoke 3-4 times with the woman who owned it & was selling it when it was in ExcelsiorSprings, MO. I tried to buy just the Mars Spectravision lightbar from her--even offering to replace it with a sealed beam C3 XL. She had the classic attitude & mentality of "I have a Firetruck. I saw on The web that new ones cost $1,000,000. So I'm pricing it fairly at $999,999.99 (& 9/10ths).
I tried to be very fair to her & told her the significance of the lightbar, & some info to value it since she wouldn't sell it to me. I was hoping my honesty would appeal to her. Nope--the (woman) was just too greedy....Of course then she tried tried to jack the price up on me next time I called her by saying something like 'a guy told me what I have & it's worth a fortune.' I explained to her that guy was me. Greedy.
Hopefully someone gets that bar. The truck is junk

In the continuing saga of this poor fire truck, it appears that somebody FINALLY managed to snag the Mars light off of the top. The seller must have made their money on it, as the price has come down quite a bit...

Looks like it's in good hands for now.
I could be wrong but 10-99 Products just posted this video a few days ago. Fading on those red inserts looks identical to the pictures from the ad. It's a Beauty.

And he already sold it. He had it up on his site a few weeks ago with no pics, I inquired and Steve replied that he had already sold it for $1350!!! He then posted the video you posted.

They have independent motors under the rotators. They are Skybolt beacon internals mounted to each end the aluminum Spectra frame; that's why they are rounded at the ends.
