Found this little guy on Craigslist.. apparently some people still do post there..
Tested and working, SN is 1A10N8 which thanks to @stansdds decoder puts this as 6V DC, Magnetic mount, 58-69, with a build date of November of 1958.
Its a survivor that is for sure. Only thing I have done to it at this point is go over the glass dome with some 0000 steel wool and some WD-40.
