As the thread title says, just take the poll, please. We all know the variables of output, "brightness", location, etc., so take the poll and let's see where it takes us. No replies are really necessary unless you just feel the need to justify a standpoint any of us have never heard before.

Thanks!!!

its cause teh vertex is the only type of LED HAW that Whelen currently makes and so therefor all the whelen fanboys are automatically in love with them... even though they dont have the output that others have... and they downright suck in the HAW application

You've go to be joking with the Strobes N' More hideaways also? Have that many people actually seen them in PERSON????? I'm not bashing Strobes N More or its affiliates, suppliers, or distributors, but thats pretty damn hard for me to believe, as they just came out a month ago! Is it because Pimp bought some and are selling them under his name??? This poll seems to be the complete opposite as i imagined the numbers would be totally different.

So how can anyone have honestly answered this poll without seeing each of the listed lights in person?? This is pointless.

I have seen the Whelen Vertex, SoundOff, and the Strobesnmore brand LAW's in person. When it comes to price, customer service, and the output of the led’s I have to say the Strobesnmore line have something going for them. They are nice units (with the exception of the provided flasher) that are very effective if mounted properly and have a nice selection of patterns. SoundOff has the changeable lenses which are great for different applications. But when it comes to the end user needing some LAW’s on a tight budget (volly or departmental) and ease of installation, these are perfect. Every install has different needs and this is not to say that the Strobesnmore LAW’s will fit every application, just that they are nice for the price.

Some people have seen a lot of these in person!

I've used the following hide aways for customers

Axixtech TRI's

Sound Off Universal Undercovers

Sound Off undercovers

Star SVP Undercovers

Able2 Sho-Me Covert LED Lights

Code 3 Hide-A-Blast- 9 LED version

Code 3 Optix 3 up LED hide aways

The Feniex Fairys and Strobes N More's both look very promising, and I plan on getting a set of the Feniex Fairys and i'll try to get a set of Strobes N' More's hide aways when i get the cash. But so far the top two on my list, the TRI's and Universal Undercovers are the two best i've used! That may change once i get the Fairys and the Pimp versions though!

But i prefer the TRI's because they have one flasher, and all you have to do is plug the two heads into the wiring harness and they are synced and patters are easily changeable, this means i can get them installed faster, pattern selected, and synced faster, and i only have to loom ONE cable and ONE flasher, which saves money for the customer for the amount of labor i bill them for, though the price of the TRI's is higher than SOS Universal Undercovers.

Hmmm. I am really surprised that the Vertex is taking the lead in the poll!!! I thought they had already lost their luster since the new stuff from other companies have come out now.
