Justice Pattern change

Does anyone know if a Justice JE2NFPA has the ability to change patterns? Model # inside the lightbar is 86119-01. Currently it is set to a random pattern that cycles through 5-6 patterns.

It looks like the JE2NFPA uses the same 01-0269936-01 two-channel economy Liberty flasher that is found in the Towman's Liberty.

There is a 3-wire Scan-Lock cable that is used to change the flash pattern on a Towman's Liberty, so I presume that the same can be accomplished on by opening up your JE2NFPA and connecting the right pin on the flasher to +12vDC.
