Yeah, I haven't managed to find it either and the company that sells MV products told me to scram when I asked for a user manual. Right now, I'm converting the connectors the dvr uses to aviation 4/5/6 pin connectors so I can use my own cameras.
I'm assuming the police departments that are upgrading from the old models have them, but I'm not to that point yet.
