L3 Mobile Vision Flashback software

Hello, I recently got a Flashback3 video recorder system, but I struggle to find the software that would play the recorded video. As I understand the software is called "Flashback player". I can't find it anywhere to download. Would anyone have it and could share it with me?

Hello Citro, will the FB3 software the same for the FB2 system? I'm looking to buy a FB2 for my trail rig but know nothing about how these work. Would you mind taking a minute and explain how I get video recordings from the trail to my computer? It doesn't seem to be as simple as just ejecting the SD card and viewing the files on my desktop. Many many thanks!!!

FB2 uses CF cards instead of SD cards. CF cards are outdated and expensive. There are CF > SD cards adapters, but I never tried them.
If you want to read your recordings - you eject the memory card and convert the files on your desktop with the Flashback Converter software. Once it is converted you can play it in mp4 format.

CF card, I am familiar because my Nikon D70 has one. It looks like the adapter might be the way to go. So is the software the same for the FlashBack2 and 3? Also, any advantages with the 3 over the 2? I cannot thank you enough for your help!

Software is the same. The main difference between these is that one uses a CF, the other a SD card. Also FB3 has an additional antenna connection. FlashbackHD is much better than both of these in terms of video quality.

I'm going to take a stab at a FB2 system. The HD looks kind of hard to find. Off topic, any experience with Martel systems? The DC3 in particular.
