Liberty Edge troubleshooting

A friend at a nearby tiny PD came to me with a dead light bar tonight. It's a liberty that I THINK is an old ballast type. I cannot read the tag without removing it from the car which wasn't an option tonight. I know the tag says Edge but it is a liberty. He had a couple corner modules go out on him and now the bar doesn't work at all. No LEDs, no takedowns, no alleys. It's controlled by an old Code 3 RLS controller. I've got power coming out of it and all auxiliary lighting like HLF, deck lights and siren works fine. I don't know if the IO board is the culprit or the power supply. Any hints to open it up and troubleshoot?

If the entire bar is dead, check for a fuse or curcuit breaker going to the large red wire powering the bar. Easy place to start.

Check the breaker and then the fuses in the motherboard. I think each ballast has it's own as well. It's probably the I/O as the ballasts have nothing to do with the td/al. I doubt is can be replaced but Whelen will repair it.
