Lightbar identification

Does anyone know who makes this lightbar? I remember there was a college near me probably 10-15 years ago that had this on one of their traffic cars, but I don't think I have ever seen one since.

The domes on those always look cloudy and the rear looked much better then the front did. But the alley light over the rear wheels
