Lightbar to Slicktop.. cover those holes!

Im taking the edge strobe bar off my car i just got and making it a slick top, where they drilled in the roof to run the wires what can i do there to make it look good and not so noticeable..?

bubble gum or duct tape... or a 1 inch hole plug from lowes.

got body shop have them apply filler metal, bondo, paint.
