Lincoln City, OR - Officer Shot, Critical Condition - 01/23

During a traffic stop, subject shot officer multiple times. Then opened fire on officers during a pursuit when a nearby towns officers spotted him. He bails, then shoots at a fisherman trying to find his crab pots at night with a flashlight which the suspect mistakes as a search light from the police.
