Beautiful southern Georgia!
I would bet that if you offered him an "upgraded" bar, he would be MORE than happy to do an even swap! :)

Just switch it and say it was a free upgrade with the radio. You could probably even get away with a MX7k... LOL.

Don't even ask/tell. ;)

Yes, CAP.

I was not impressed by that bar back in its day, but now, that's quite a find. It must have been on the cap (no pun intended) when it got moved from an older truck.

Don't know if amber is rarer than red, as far as lenses for the bar go, but the blue was always a unique color, IMHO.

Well My boss asked CAP and they agreed on a trade. a 4 strobe 9M for their 8000.

I had the drill out the center grill cover screws to remove the grill.

Found a dual 100 watt speaker setup.

took the domes off and found the flying saucer shape len's under the domes.

The bar works except the PAR 46 strobes are dead :(

Sorry about the pic's, more to follow ( my cell phone doesn't like night time shots)

And the last pic is the same truck with the 9M.

They are removing the bed cap since it's in bad condition.

I sure could use the power supply for the 360s! My NOS Flying Saucer has a bad one! (That is the reason I am assuming it was shelved after they "Killed It" when new! LOL

That's a heck of a score, especially considering it has the dual 100W speakers.

Thanks for the comments folks.

But this one is staying in my collection.

I do have regrets selling the blue/blue one I sold a few years ago.

it was almost the same setup but the had the cylinder optics insted of the saucer style optics and it had alley lights.

That one had both pie pan power supply's dead, so I had to put a whelen CS240 in it.
