Looking for LED handheld plug-in 12v spotlights

Hi all,

I have a police department who uses handheld tethered (plus in to the 12v power socket) spot lights in their cars.  They are looking for an LED version that is rugged, bright, and tethered (not rechargeable or battery powered).  I've searched everywhere I can think of so I'd be very appreciative if any of you have experience with any good ones.

Similar to the picture below, but LED.
