Looking for RFP's for outfitting new patrol cars to bid out

We are finally cutting ties with our old install facility and I've been tasked in writing a RFP for companies to bid on outfitting our 10 new cars. If anyone has an RFP they can send me to use as a model, that'd be great. This is for all equipment. Light bars. PB. Additional lights. Radio installs. Consoles. Cages. Seats. Camera. Etc.

RFP? Is that a regional thing, department specific? I've never heard that term before. Could you elaborate please?

yep just what respond said. Basically the specs for companies to bid on. I just really need the verbage and layout for me to create ours

Google FHP bid. Or go to my florida.gov and search on there for procurement bids. I found and used these before. Very simple layout.
