It's Bergen County NJ... the pass alarm is because the rookie/probie/fng at the rehab area can't shake every jacket at the same time!

I'm in Monmouth CTY, NJ, so moot point. Also video is at start of fire so why would anyone be in rehab? And sounds like a SCOTT SCBBA PASS alarm going off, not one that goes on a jacket.
