Mardi Gras bar anyone? Green/Purple/Amber (Pics or Vids)

I have seen a couple of nice Green and Purple bars on here. I also know we have a thread for "Christmas Bars". So where is the Mardi Gras bars? Are they really that uncommon?


I know I for one enjoy the Green and purple stuff because they are so much less seen, in my area anyways.


Below is a picture of the items i have in my collection in these colors, but am VERY interested in seeing what all of you have!





Purple Mini Edge, a Green Sireno Teardrop. A Green Whelen strobe beacon and an amber whelen strobe beacon. Also have purple vector domes and Green streethawk domes. Have green vector domes on the way in the mail. If they reach here before the end of Mardi Gras i wll post them up as well!

From here on out, I must warn the faint of heart for what you are about to see may be disturbing to some. These next projects came from the hidden LA-BOR-ATORY deep underground that even JazzDad Industries wouldn't take part in! Crazy huh? And just when I thought JDI was into weird and out of the ordinary stuff. Something regarding stipulations that if doesn't blow up, catch fire, lasts longer than 10 minutes, or doesn't blind all that beholds it, they were not interested. Go figure...


Anyways, I give you our first specimen! Muahahahaha!


The Whelen Dual PURPLE/GREEN Franken-Dashmiser!


Has the soul of the dual dashmiser frame and reflectors, the heart of a Sho-Me 7 LED pattern flasher, the brain of a Whelen momentary plug switch, and the eyes of some knockoff TIR4 style PURPLE/GREEN LEDs behind Whelen lenses!











And next we have what started as a GREEN/WHITE TIR style Sho-Me LED lightbar with rear AMBER traffic advisor. After hours of agonizing removal of LED heads and rewiring of new ones, our light began to breathe! With the addition of TIR4 style PURPLE lightheads and the removal of CLEAR ones, our creations heart began to pump. Combined with another 7 pattern Sho-Me flasher and the original hardware, life was born into that of pure insanity! Muahahah!

On a totally different side not, I need to see if wilsonbr90 can change the original CLEAR LED heads to PURPLE on the Sho-Me lightbar to make it more original. :duh:
