Hello all,

The vehicle below was retired shortly after Officer Richard Crittenden was fatally killed September 9, 2009 when he and his partner were responding to an Order for Protection that was being violated.

The Community of North Saint Paul purchased this car for Christine Crittenden (Widowed Wife) and was presented to her last winter.

Christine and her sister-in-law Sandy wanted to turn the car into a memorial for all fallen officers in Minnesota. This is where we got the name "The Thin Blue Line".

When we were at a vendor conference Christine and Sandy were looking to purchase a lightbar for this car so they could start this project. Sandy was talking to Roger one of the few people we have in our office and also a retired police officer and commander for the local drug taskforce. In a nut shell our company took on the project with Christine and her family and with the help of many vendors and our staff to make this car that is picture below. We presented this car to the Crittenden family on June 24, 2011 on our 15th anniversary with the help of the Dakota County Sheriff's Office Honor Guard and Color Guard.

On the trunk of this car was every Law Enforcement Officer that lost their life in the line of duty, all 227 officers. I will post pictures of the trunk in a day or two because the picture of that didn’t turn out.

All Equipment was donated by Federal Signal, Able 2 Products, Go Rhino Products PD Divsion, and Advanced Graphix INC.

I've often heard that one of the most dangerous calls an officer goes to is a domestic.

Domestics and Traffic stops. The most dangerous and also the most frequent. The odds are not in our favor.

Awesome car. Like the flag stanchions in the push bumper. That is a very classy touch.

I think it is absolutely wonderful that your company (and all the vendors and other supporting people) got involved and built this vehicle into what it is now. Well done!

What a great way to commemorate not only the life of this fallen officer, but all officers lost in the line of duty... Looks great, and I am sure these pictures really do no justice. It's touching to see the hard work companies/vendors put into a project like this to honor the lives of our fallen soldiers.
