Mobile Repeater/Interoperability control head.

HELP - this was posted in the old forum, but I need the vendor for a control head that can connect up to 8 radios allowing them to communicate with each other. It is designed for mobile applications. The vendor manufactures the control head, and cables to attach to what ever brand of radios you are operating.

Are you talking about a RIOS unit?

Yes, I would call it a type of RIOS unit.


It was developed by a smaller company. The selling point is that it is only a control head. You can then use what ever radio you want to connect to it. It is the size and shape of a mobile radio.


I takes signals recieved and then rebroadcasts them out on the other radios connected to the unit. The operator can select what radios are operedated.

OK I found it,


It is a Mobile Multi-Switcher from New Communications Solutions. The basic unit allow you to connect 4 radios together.
