So I install a NIB PM1500 VHF 110watt and it works fine for 2 weeks. Then it goes into Maintenance Mode and wont work. I sent it back to Motorola and they fixed it under warranty saying they replaced the green board. Did anyone have a simular problem and can you tell me how you wired yours.

You have a great radio, sorry you've had problems with it. We have several at our department and have only had one bad one that Motorola replaced. The main power should go directly to the battery, ground to a solid vehicle ground. Control head power (yellow I think?) to ignition. 110W is a lot of power so be sure the antenna is properly mounted, grounded and separated from other antennas. Be sure not to ground the speaker wires. Good luck
