Motorola SM50 programming problem

I just purchased 4 Motorola Sm50 UHF radios. One of the radios makes a weird sound when you turn it on (see video link below). I can not read the radio or write to it. I can not even clone it with one of the other radios. The other three radios programmed up just fine. Any ideas what it could be?

Thanks!

Not 100% sure, but I think I had an old MaxTrack that made that sound after something inside was fried...though I am not sure what...I am inclined to say the radio wasn't passing it's "self check" mode due to a bad transistor, perhaps, from poor antenna selection/SWR...then again that was probably 15 years or so ago...good luck!

Pretty sure that's a POST fail. If you can't write to it, most likely... it's dead, Jim.
