For Sale Motorola XTL1500 UHF P25

I've got a buddy who's got a Motorola XTL1500 in UHF that he wants to get rid of. He bought if off of ebay a few months ago for really cheap hoping it would be VHF but it wasn't. He just wants to get his money back. The radio is in like new condition, powers up and already has some frequencies in it, but does not have tags on it. I read the radio using my CPS and it's as follows:
