mPower cleaning

I recently acquired some 3" mPowers that had been spray painted black. Is there anything that will safely remove the paint from the silicone lens of the mPower??

3m lense kit, need a drill for it, but itll work if you go slow. and they probably wont be as crystal clear and shiny
