Yes, the 184H and the CJ184/284 had the same skirt height.

The 185 was a prototype, but it never went into production.  Eric may have the only one still in existence.

Thanks for all the comments everyone. Can someone tell me (and possibly post a pic) of the cal spec light that used the 184 base and had the 2 par 46 steady's inside? What did the tag read, what model was it?

CT-1 I believe was the model for the entire lightbar setup. I'm not sure if the beacon alone was available

You should send me the dome retaining band so i can have it polished for you. It would compliment the shiny chrome base much better imo. Here is a picture of mine:
