Definitely Code 3. It might be one of those large panel button controllers that are used for ambulances (similar to a PA300R).

The Unitrols I've used aren't quite as high-pitched and have more of the old Federal Interceptor sound, even though that was before Federal bought Unitrol.

Code 3 Microcom the original not the new one had two triangle(sideways) manual/airhorn buttons and a rotary. First ambo I ever drove had one..

If not an old mastercom, I'd say Code 3 Vcon.

From the little pop when the wail starts up, and the yelp (the yelp is mainly how I can tell what siren I'm hearing) it's definitely a Code 3.

I think it's a C3 Vcon. One of my old engines had one, and I remember that distinct wail (which I was not a fan of). I also don't think I would be a mastercom, b/c ambos and engines generally tend to have a lighting control separate from the siren (ie rocker switches or custom manufacturer system)
