Sounds like a Code-3 mastercom. Almost sounds like he is alternating between yelp and the telephone tone and then the phaser and the telephone tone.

I agree definitely sounds like a Code 3 siren to me

Definitely Code 3. It might be one of those large panel button controllers that are used for ambulances (similar to a PA300R).

Code 3 Microcom the original not the new one had two triangle(sideways) manual/airhorn buttons and a rotary. First ambo I ever drove had one..

I think it's a C3 Vcon. One of my old engines had one, and I remember that distinct wail (which I was not a fan of). I also don't think I would be a mastercom, b/c ambos and engines generally tend to have a lighting control separate from the siren (ie rocker switches or custom manufacturer system)
