Need cencomm help!

I just installed a brand new out of box Cencomm Gold in a customers vehicle. The siren sounds like it is in 58 watt mode. I tried another speaker just to make sure it was not a speaker problem and it does the same thing with another speaker. Anyone else had this problem? I did not think the Cencomm had a 58 watt option. I have looked through the programming software and instruction manuals and cannot seem to find anything. Any suggestions?

Just go back and check all of your connections. That is where I would start.

The wires from the cencomm go straight to the speaker. I also checked all other connections and everything is good.

The Cencom is either 100watt or 200watt they dont come in 58watt. If the speaker and the connections are good send it back to Whelen. I have a Cencom Gold with 2 speakers and its very loud.
