Need help ASAP!! Whelen Lightbar

I went to change the pattern on my Whelen justice competitor series and it changed patterns once, then when I went to advance it to the next pattern, the whole bar stopped working. I've checked the grounds, the hot and the control board. Everything is fine. The control board is still sending out power yet none of the modules are flashing. There are no on-board fuses in the bar. I've called Whelen and they say if nothing is working it's probably the board, but it's still sending out power?? If anyone has any ideas, please PM me so I can figure this out!!

Ok, so the main power coming into the bar - there are two hots (one for rear bar and one for front) and two ground (one for rear one for front). I've tested that connector and both hots are getting power as well as both grounds are showing good. When this plug is connected to the board, nothing happens. When I apply an external ground and hot wire to either the rear positions or front, the according lights power up just fine? So somehow, that connection is messing something up..but I can't figure it out.

Problem has been solved - apparently when I would send power to the unit, the ground was somehow losing connection. Relocated the ground and all is well.
