Need help installing 3 power outlets

I've got 3 power outlets I need to supply power to in a CVPI that are installed on a Havis console like this:

Should I take the power coming from the factory outlet under the pullout ashtray?

That wire is fused at 20amps.If you want to get power from inside the car,I suggest using one of the supplied 50amp power wires in one of the distribution plugs provided,and fusing each plug seperately.JMHO.

That was my next question. I was thinking the amperage would not be high enough from that one outlet. I think I'll supply a line from one of those dist. plugs to a small fuse block and go from there.
