NEED HELP WITH THE J-STROBES

I have just bought a Whelen 9000 Edge with J-Strobes I tried powering up, but I hear the strobes power once but then shuts down. Maybe I am hooking it up wrong or the problem with one strobe being broken it fails all of them. I am confused???

Disconnect all the strobes. Use a strobe that you know is good and test each one of the PS outputs. Or disconnect them all and then reconnect one at a time to see if the problem is fixed until a certain strobe is connected. Check the wiring too for a short somewhere. Test the strobe heads in the bar on a different power supply to see if they work.

bet it's bad tubes. those things have to be 15+ years old.
