Need info on siren

I have this Southern VP SA450-80 siren and I want to know if theres any manuals value etc

Go to the Carson web site. They have manuals for the SA450 Classic there. Southern VP sirens were made by Carson.

Do you know what year these were produced and current value?

Early 90's to ? Worth about $40-$50 I would say. They were pretty common.

I agree, its a pretty common siren and they're usually worth about $50. I owned one of these units and i still think it was my favorite. For those who want to hear the siren tones, you can see the video of my siren on youtube.

They do sound good, and had good back lighting. I used one for a while before trading it for who knows what. Definitely not rare though. Any siren with a phaser tone isn't that old.

Thanks and this siren is still screaming even after 15 years. Did the SA 450-90 suceed this model?
