You don't see many compact sirens that have a 100 watt ouput.

You mean, sirens like the FS/Unitrol MS100U that have been out for 10(?) years? They are remote mount, 2 switches, 100 watt, wail/yelp/airhorn/priority with intersection clearing mode.

You don't want a 100 watt output on a golf cart or ATV unless you have ear protection of some sort.
