New (To Me) Federal Signal Fireball

Got a hand-me-down Federal Signal Fireball today. 12 Volts, Model FB-1, Serial # B1. Hooked it up to power today, and motor works, but it seems the lamp is blown out. In addition, the dome is shot and held together with scotch tape. Anyone able to lead me in the right direction for a new lamp and new blue lens?
